Design

Design in any media involves many elements. To achieve the most effective result, each element of the image should compliment the other. These elements include content, format, artwork, type style, paper stock, ink color and binding.

Our design team at Documents, Media & Mail will blend these elements together to create the ideal design. It begins with an initial consultation with one of our publications coordinators who will meet with you to determine:


This meeting is mainly focused on generating ideas that could be of interest to you. We will show you samples of work that Documents, Media & Mail has designed and printed. From conception to completion, the Documents, Media & Mail team effectively communicates your message.

Digital Photography

Photographs add interest and dimension to your media. Documents, Media & Mail has a large library of photos from which to choose. If you are looking for a specific shot, Documents, Media & Mail will take the photograph with its state-of-the-art digital cameras. The photos can be stored electronically and easily accessed for future reference.

Web Design

Documents, Media & Mail will customize a website according to your specifications. The goal of our web design team is to create websites that are easy to navigate and artistically pleasing to an audience. We can also host your website, which gives you easy access to the site to make updates.

If you have an existing website in need of a refreshing new look, our web design team can work with you to take your existing website content, along with a new bold design and blend these elements together to create an ideal website for your needs.

This very website was developed entirely in-house by our web design team. From conception to completion, the Documents, Media & Mail web design team will effectively communicate your message.
